Changed your mind? The size you ordered doesn't fit?
You can exchange or get a refund for your order up to 14 days after purchase by:
- Informing us of your wish to return an item, either by email to the following address: sav.dtoc@sna-gz.com or by updating the status of your order.
Please provide us your order number and the returned product so that we can process your return more quickly once we have received the parcel.

As mentionned, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned products must be new, unworn, and with their original tags. Returned packages are processed within 5 business days of receipt.
